Who is Mz Nona?????

By now, I bet you are wondering who this stranger is knocking on your door. Hopefully, I will not be a stranger for too long. My name is Winona Rasheed, and I am a children's writer. I have five children books published. I love writing short stories. Some day, I hope to write a novel, but for now I am going to stick with what I do best and that is writing short stories. Most of my children books have three stories in them and one actually has five in it. My books are very entertaining, never a dull, boring moment for the reader or the listener.
Since I am talking about my books, it would only be appropriate to show you my titles. No, I am not bragging or boasting about my accomplishments, I am just doing a little promoting as all authors do when they have successfully published their keepsakes.
Well heck, I was going to insert my book covers, but this little task is not working out, as you can see I am still learning my way around on the blogger. It will get better with time, I promise.
But for now, this is where you can find my books if you are interested, and I sure hope you are.

Another place to see my work is at: http://www.winonarasheed.com
This is my author's website because every author needs one. I also have a blog there too. Geesh, I am just a bloggin something. Can't you tell that I love writing and typing? It fills up those empty moments when you should be doing something else, but you really aren't in the mood because writing and typing is more enjoyable.

Another little tid bit of information about myself is that I promote the love of writing through my writing and editing business called, "Dream Writers' Essentials." Oh yeah, I do that too. I am an entrepreneuer. You can find my writing and editing business online. As you can see, writing is in my blood. I edit and do some ghost writing too. I love it! It keeps me busy. You guessed it, I do not have an idle mind. So, if I can be of writing or editing service to you, just let me know.

Though I live in the Nation's Capital, trust me when I say I am not a city mouse. As that song goes, "I'm a little bit country." I really long to live in Florida because winter and cold is not my cup of tea, and it seems to get worse as I grow older. Hate it!

Okay, I hope you enjoy my books, enjoy my websites and enjoy my blogs because you will be hearing more from this ole gal, because after all......I am a writer and I do have a lot to say.
